Old vs young

  • Old : Stereotypically weak , old and incapable
  • Young: Stereotypically-strong/fit- This is challenged in the sequenced

In the bathroom fight during 'worlds end ' it conforms to the negative stereotype of gang culture. The gang are dressed in typical what you call gang clothing. They are wearing tracksuits with hoods on and earphones which shows that they don't really care what they look like which is stereotyped with gang culture.  This contributes to the stereotype as in this scene in the ' Worlds end' the way they are dressed shows that they are trying to portray the stereotype of a gang member.

This scene also portrays ‘gang culture ‘ due to the fight happening in the toilet , many fights happen away from the cameras and one place that certainly doesn’t have any cameras is the toilets so this is the perfect place to have a fight, the way they also walked in , like a pack of wolves also showed that they were part of a gang and this is what normally happens in gang culture
