Secondary research :Books, newspapers , television and newspapers


Quantitative: Data that can be measured numerically.

Qualitative: Opinion and justtification


Focus group:

Advantage: Far more responses and can show the focus group the prototype.

Disadvantage: Everyone might not have the time to have a say, loads of different opinions could cause a dissagreement.


Likert Scale: A scale where u pick the choice that is best suited for u.
